We have warmly welcomed all D candidates running for office and our elected officials in office to join us for a chance to meet with and bring out 36th voters. It is open to both endorsed and non-endorsed candidates to drive voter turnout for the August primary and build more civic engagement for the 36th as a body.
The event will not have a formal speaking platform, beyond a welcome and thanks to our sponsors. The idea is to offer a kind of “cocktail hour” where constituents and candidates / electeds can all mingle and speak on a more personal level about our hopes for the city and our party.
Invite all of your friends!
What
All Ages “Cocktail Hour” where constituents and candidates / electeds can all mingle and speak on a more personal level about our hopes for the city and our party.
The goal here is to encourage more of our population to become civically engaged, grow the Democratic party, and vote.
