The primary responsibility of a Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) is to knock on their neighbors’ doors (or in the case of 2020, send postcards and make calls) to remind them to vote and provide materials on endorsed candidates.  PCOs form the backbone of the 36th’s Get Out The Vote effort, helping us win local and statewide races.
